Payment by Credit Card
      We use PayPal to process credit card orders. Their shopping-cart software runs in Secure Mode on the customer's browser, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers. While selecting products and adding them to the Shopping Cart, the customer is in Non-Secure Mode. After he/she presses the Checkout button, they switch to Secure Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.
 

Payment by mail
      We accept personal checks as well as money orders. Please print and fill out an order form and send it with your payment (made out to Tsarina) to:

      Please do not click on the "Add to Cart" buttons - these are for credit card payments only.
 
      Personal checks need to clear before your order will be shipped. That usually takes five to seven working days. Orders will be mailed upon clearance of check or mailed immediately in case you sent a money order.
 
 

Warranty & Returns
      Satisfaction with our products is guaranteed.
 
      We will accept returns of our merchandise should the buyer be unsatisfied for any reason. Simply mail the items back to Tsarina for a full refund of the merchandise price. This excludes shipping costs.
 
      We will not issue a refund for items damaged during shipping. Although we take great care in the careful packaging of our merchandise, accidents can happen during shipping transit.
